  • Guests are liable for any damages to the unit, facilities and common areas, and may result in a fine of no less than $150.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Please read cancellation policy prior to booking:

  • By confirming your reservation, you will be charged a deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation amount for any reservations 14 days prior to arrival. The remaining 50% will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations 3 days or less will be charged the full amount at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations prior to 14 days will receive a full refund of monies paid.
